Announcement Follows Digital Content Studio’s Early January Launch of
Ad Sales Unit

announced today that Dave Rosner has joined the company as EVP, Head of
Marketing, a newly created position. Rosner brings to Collab nearly 20
years of marketing experience, including an award-winning stint at media
agency, Initiative, where he was a founding member of one of the first
innovation units at a media agency. Rosner also served as EVP Strategic
Marketing at ZEFR, a digital video and influencer company.

As a Comscore rated top ten YouTube partner, Collab averages nearly
seven billion monthly views across that and other platforms. On YouTube,
Collab has averaged 55% year-on-year growth in average watch time over
the past three years (2015 – 2018).

In support of this growth and to reinforce its commitment to being the
leading studio for creatives, Collab has made Rosner its second senior
executive hire this month. Rosner will be responsible for all marketing
activity across the company and to start will focus on Collab’s new ad
sales solution. In early January, Collab announced that it has launched
an ad sales unit to monetize its broad reach for both the brand and the
talent it represents. As part of that announcement, Google ad veteran,
Art Zeidman, was introduced as EVP, Growth.

Rosner reports to Tyler McFadden, Collab’s Co-Founder and Co-CEO, who
said, “The expansion of our management team will help make 2019 a
transformational year for Collab and our creators. Dave is a proven
marketer whose skills will help raise the company’s profile and will
also be of great benefit to our creators as they build their personal
brands.”

Rosner’s numerous career accomplishments include being named a Media All

channel on MobiTV to promote the launch of the Lionsgate Film, “Saw III.”

Rosner joins Collab from Visual Machine, a strategic consulting firm
focused on the intersection of media, ideas and technology, where he was
Partner.

In addition to his previously cited experience at Initiative and ZEFR,
Rosner also served as Worldwide Account Supervisor at JWT. He was at JWT
for six years, working on accounts including Kellogg and Diageo.

He is an Advisory Board Member of SYLO, an organization that empowers
the influencer marketing industry with third-party measurement.

Rosner earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a Bachelor’s
degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
